1. Check the distance between the paired mobile device and the sensor (keep the distance within two meters).

2. Check the settings of the user's mobile phone and the app and make sure the app has Bluetooth permission.

Try the following 4 steps if the above does not work:
1. Completely close the app on the backend.
2. Restart the Bluetooth function
3. Restart the phone.
4. Log out of the account and log in again.
5. Unpair the device from the App and pair it again.
